An optional stay at The Four Seasons - Las Colinas will allow you to enjoy luxurious, resort accommodations for some fantastic R&R along with the education and inspiration.

After a comprehensive questionnaire, we conduct a thorough business analysis and deep dive of what is currently happening in and outside of your salon. We have found that an outside, non-biased examination of your business will open doors of conversation that will create your defining moment.

With the creation of "heat maps", reports and other tools we utilize in our own business, you will have a clear picture of what needs attention. Once these needs are pin pointed, an implementation process is recommended and milestones measured. 

We don't leave you there, we follow up through ten weekly phone conversations to measure your progress, offer further recommendations and simply encourage you in the journey.
